I have been doing some searching and found a few helpful topics but I want to reach out to the community to get others thoughts.

I just finishing installed the CM7000 remote start. Everything is working great up to this point. However, when the vehicle is remote started I am unable to turn on the rear blower motor for A/C or Heat and the rear defrost will not come on when I manually press the button. It is almost as if I am missing a 2nd accessory wire or a jumper setting is not setup correctly.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

You're probably right. This lists a second accessory as red/black:

The Super Duty series have 4 Ignition and Accessory wires at the ignition switch. Wire colors vary between years and models so wire color isn't always the best way to I.D. the functions. There are little legends on the switch's connector. Here are the functions:

A1 Blk/Lt Grn Hot in RUN or ACCY Radio and Wipers (I don't connect this in most RS installs as radio and wipers aren't necessary in an unoccupied vehicle).
A3 Red/Blk Hot in RUN A few things, but mostly Transmission Range selector. Should be connected as an ACCY.
A4 Gry/Yel Hot in RUN. HVAC. Connect as an ACCY.

I1 Red/Blk Hot in RUN and START. Ignition. Connect as Ignition.

Thank you both for the information.

I originally had my Green wire from the CM7000 run to the Red/Black Accy wire which prevented it from starting. So, now I have no wires going to that red/black accy wire.

I do have a blue wire from the CM7000 run to the black/lt green wire for 2nd ignition and I do agree that the radio/wipers are not needed when running via remote start. This blue wire can be changed via a jumper to a 2nd accy wire so would it be best to move this wire to the red/black accy wire? I already have the 1st accy wire run to the Grey/Yellow wire.

Thanks again

I'd say it's worth a try.

Thanks again for all that helped. I felt I was on the right track but wanted to be sure.

I did switch the blue wire coming from the CM7000 to the Blk/Lt Grn wire to the ACCY Red/Blk wire and all is good now.

Thanks again!
