Hi All,

I'm looking for some help or knowledge on the directech DB3 bypass module in RXT mode
Installing in a 2011 Explorer that already has factory remote start, I just want to add a cell phone app option as the ford remote access is no longer supported.

I'm following this guide https://directechs.blob.core.windows.net/ddt/403-FORD3-4.08-RXT_2011-Ford-Explorer-(Smart-Key)_IG_EN_20200116.pdf

My question is if the module was flashed with 403.FORD3 4.08 RXT and options/features setup correctly (smartstart enabled) will I need to remove the bypass again to program the key2go programming or will it work after its installed. The module is being shipped flashed with the correct firmware and options because I dont have access to directechs f'ing website.

I'm not familiar with DB3 or any directech bypass' but its one of my only options found for RXT because I already have factory remote start
