My Sienna's Smart Key function (unlock doors without pressing the remote) works intermittedly after I installed the Compustar CM7000 + T11 remote.
I believe in order for the Smart Key system to work, the OEM remote needs to emit some kind of signal back to the car so it can detect the fob's presence and unlock door.
So could two sources of signals (OEM remote and T11 remote) interfere with one another when staying really close to each other (same keychain)?
That's only reason I could think of right now since all functions of the remote start works really well.
Edit: Forgot to say that I paired the CM7000 with Idatalink Blade using data mode

Have you tried your second key to see if acts the same way?
