So I installed the avital 4105L remote start and keyless entry in my 97 dodge ram 1500. I have hooked up every wire according to 12v and the wiring diagram that came with the remote start. I've only had to add relays to the door switches. Lock and unlock work with no problem but it will not start by remote and the parking lights do not flash. I have already checked and it is not in garage mode. I am at a lost I have tested all wires and they test appropriately. Curious if I'm missing something.

where is your black w/white stripe wire going?

I have not followed the black and wire to yet but I came to the realization that one of my Ign. Wires are actually an accessory wire. I have the remote start cranking not but it will not start. I noticed my dash lights don't come on during the remote start process only my defrosters and radio do
