I'm trying to retrofit power door locks on a 2003 Silverado 2500 HD.
I did the junk yard route, and found actuators, power windows and wired directly to a SEO acc on 15A tap through the MBC. The door lock takes one or two tries to actuate, so it seems I need to install relays, and wire up.
I saw this wiring diagram but I don't have an alarm hook up. I do want to add a remote door unlock key fob.
Do power unlocks have a IR remote receiver? Where I do I find those?
