hello member
I just bought this vehicle looking to install remote start only using vehicle's keyfob to start the car as a back up but also wants to use the Carlink module CL6 to remotely start the car.

looks like it just the add on phone for a prestige remote start. I've personally never heard of this brand but the 1 year coverage (included) is 40$ so it probably just lock/unlock and remote start so I don't know if it does any vehicle tracking or any advanced features

33 years as a installer now just a retired old guy. Favorite thing to install/topic are remote starts/car alarms. Stop using test lights!!!
