I have a 2003 Toyota Camry XLE with a Astro start 4104 remote starter. All function of the starter work. However when I try to remote start the car it starts and then immediately shuts off. Nobody wants to work on it they just want me to buy a new one. I feel like I am just missing something simple. I’ve had the starter a long time and am very happy with it when it works. Here are things I’ve checked/noticed. Checked the hood switch it’s working. Cleaned up just in case. Have put the key in the ignition and tried to remote start and it didn’t start. The led on the unit flashes 12 times, it just continues to do this. Even if I have done anything with the car for a few hours. I looked up the codes for a different Astro start model and it shows 12 lights = overrevving. Though not sure that is the same answer for all models. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

if you can reach the module.. flip dip 1, to on and start with key.
