Hi there, I bought an ebay car alarm/immobiliser kit to be installed for used to keyless entry for car. Everything is fine except for starter relay wiring. Im using a 5 pin relay and wired as pin 30 for starter(ignition side), 87a for starter (starter side), pin 86 for 12v supply and pin 85 for the alarm output, that supposed to be to a negative output when alarm is armed. The problem I’m having is not working the relay to charge. I have connected a ground wire to pin 85 and it works the relay. I have checked the negative wire output and only showing only few millivolts in multimeter.
