hi, I have a compustar remote car starter model 2w901r-ss.It recently stopped working.when I press any functions the signal icon comes on for 2 seconds then shuts off ,I have no signal on remote.any information would help.closest dealer is about 1700 kms away.

my vehicle is a 2008 jeep grand cherokee 4×4 automatic transmission 3.7 liter engine

try relearning the tach.. start car with key, step on brake, and remote start it park lights should flash once.

sorry did not work.as I was saying the signal bar comes on for about 2 seconds when I touch any functions on the remote then disappears.i don't think my remote is getting signal from car .also there are 3 pigtail fuses for the command star unit, what are they for?the 10 Amp fuse has no power on each side of the spade.
