Hello, I am posting this to correct another answer to this question that I came across in this forum.

The correct way to set the time on the 2W8000FMR is to hold down buttons (II+III) for 2 seconds, then press button (I) for 1/2 sec to start changing the time. Then press button (I) to change the hour, press button (II) to change the minutes.
