I'm in need of help and suggestions. I'm looking to installing an alarm on a 2002 Sequoia and looking for some basic features such as:
   1. Door lock/unlock from fob.
   2. Triggers on all 5 doors plus the hood.
   3. Impact sensor.
   4. Proximity sensor.
Any suggestions for the easiest install?
Right now I'm leaning towards a basic Viper or Avital 1 way.
There there an easy plug and play type alarm to avoid tapping into many wires? If not, what wires would I need to tap into for this setup?
Thanks in advance!

this will be one of the very rare times I say to buy viper over compustar, The viper 3105 is one of the best alarms made today. I put in a few a month still and very rarely have one come back (1 out of 20). Compustar does makes the vs70. Seem to have more problems with those than the vipers. Always random issues like door locks stop working or the remotes come unprogrammed. Not everyone has problems and is still a great unit. There isn't really going to be a t harness or plug and play with either of these so it gonna be wired in, and I don't think there will be one made for that age of car. These are just car alarm and no remote start.

33 years as a installer now just a retired old guy. Favorite thing to install/topic are remote starts/car alarms. Stop using test lights!!!
