Hello,
I recently had a compustar DC3 with T-harness and security kit installed. I have a few questions I’m hoping someone could help with. While the installer answered them I’m not confident he was really sure. I was told with the T-harness the heated seats and heated mirrors would still function as they did with the factory remote start. Under 42 degrees they will activate on their own during remote start just like factory. Is this correct? Also when I remote start the doors unlock remain unlocked for the wait to start aprox 10 seconds then relock. Is there anyway around it. I know 10 seconds is brief but all someone walking by needs to hear the unlock for access if they grab the handle quick enough. Thanks for any advise anyone can give.

the unlock is normal, as it's disarming the factory alarm before trying to start it. as for the heated accessories they should work similar to the factory, but can be changed to be "always on", or set for a temp range
