Recently purchased an 06 Tacoma that came with a Karr 4040A alarm system installed. Had a mind of its own and liked to go off sporadically, so today I ripped it out. Post-removal I noticed that the key fob remote unlock works as always, but the lock and panic buttons don't work.

I removed the control box, LED light, shock sensor and ignition relay. Reconnected the ground wirethat was interrupted by the relay. The truck starts no problem.

Can anyone clue me in on where to look to restore the door lock and panic functions? Broken wire at one of the wire tap points maybe? Or could I have missed some other piece of the puzzle when removing the alarm? Thanks in advance for any help.
