I have 2 trucks, 2000 sierra and 2002 silverado, that I am trying to install the Viper 5706v alongside GMDLBP into, but I was given an extra harness,DLP-P3, a relay, and 2 diodes but have no idea how those fit in the install. Can someone point me in the correct direction?

If I were you, I'd permanently bypass the Passlock using a resistor and then there's no need for bypass module at all.
