Hello all,
Thanks in advance for any help!
Here's what I have going on. I was given an Avital 4105L, and I decided to install it into my 2005 Chevy Trailblazer. I've done several remote starts, so I did the old look up wiring on here, etc. Found that a bypass module with convenience features is best way to go. Ran into Omegalink. Picked up their OL-MDB-ALL. I also picked up the flashing cable/USB module.
I made these connections:
Heavy Gauge Relay (white 6-pin connector) (the TB connections are all heavy gauge wires at the large connector under the dash).
1 RED - Red on TB
2 Pink/White - White on TB
3 Red - Red/White on TB
4 Orange - Orange on TB
5 Purple - Yellow on TB
6 Pink - Pink on TB
I also hooked a relay from the red #1 to Brown on the TB, relay is energized when RS activates (blue wire STATUS output)

Primary Harness 9-pin connector
6 Brown - Black/Yellow on TB
8 Black - Ground on TB
9 White - Gray/Black at headlight switch (set to negative for the jumper)

Remote Start Harness 5-pin connector
1 Black/White - Ground on TB
3 Brown - White wire on Brake Switch on TB

The OL-MDB-ALL has a pink wire connected to constant power. Then the orange wire runs to the purple wire on the OBD2 connector.
Programmed the OL-MDB-ALL with DBI, changed the sub options around a few different ways, but it always ends up with the same results below.
I also have the D2D wire between the 2.
Turned key on after flashing, went from red to green, then off.

Here's the issue. I flashed the module, pressed remote start, and it started right up! Bypass module flashes 6 times, then repeats during remote start. Ran for a minute, then shut down.
Tried to remote start again. Does not start. Everything powers on like it will start, then it does not.
Re-flashed module, will start again. Then no more. No error lights, nothing that I can diagnose.
If I turn key on and remote start, it starts just fine.
So, I checked all wires to make sure they were getting power for remote start, and they do. Purple wire outputs 12v, but the vehicle wont' start. There's no security light on the dash, nothing showing any reason that it will not start a second time.
Has anyone ran into this?
Thanks again for help!
Cody

Sorry, this is a standard key system.

Oh boy, I feel like an idiot. Somewhere in my rush to get things done, I hooked the pink wire of the OL-MDB-ALL to constant power instead of ignition power. That's why it starts once, but doesn't start again until I flash it (since I remove ground with the D2D cable, it loses the power then, and is ready for another ignition cycle).
Thanks everyone!
