Is there any known trigger wire on a 5th Gen 2020 RAM that allows you to trigger the factory remote start using a ground pulse from like an aftermarket cellular/GPS unit that you control from a smart phone app?

Haha, simple answer is No.. you have to get a bypass module and a telematics module
