Hey guys,

Recently had a Compustar DC3 installed in my 2024 Chev Silverado 3.0 diesel. It seems to work normally sometimes, but noticing after either parking all day or parking in the cold for a period of time it seems to fail to remain running after turning over. It attempts this two or three times but immediately shuts off once it turns over. Brought it back to the dealer and they completely re-installed and verified the connections but its tricky to replicate as it doesn't seem to be an issue after the truck is warmed up or has been running. At the end of the work day parked outside in the cold it seems to consistently fail to start and throw a tach sensing error in the drone app, as well as 8 flashes of the lights which you see in the video. Dealer says tach sensing is all OBD or data so shouldn't be the issue... have a video from the other day but since then I watched it fail once and actually successfully start the second attempt. Ignore the low battery alarm, likely from all the cranking... I've since fully charged the 12v and load tested it and issue persists.

Has anyone come across this? Any help is appreciated!
