Where and how do you connect a battery back up siren to your alarm? the alarm is a hornet 554t. Also, i want to connect an internal screamer, how do i go about in doing that?

thanks

I install one with a DEI alarm a few days ago (was my first alarm install). On the siren/backup battery there were 4 wires: ground, constant 12v, positive trigger, negative triger.

I didn't need to use the negative trigger with this alarm (you should need one or the other). ground and constant are obvious, positive trigger I hooked up to the positive siren output. This makes the backup siren work with the primary siren as well as on it's own when your battery gets disconnected. On the one I did I hooked it all up, turned the key on the back of it to the right and that was it. If you disconnect the battery you have to turn the key the other way to stop it from making your ears bleed. Hope this helps.
