CM7000 Remote Start Reservation Mode, 2008 Dodge Caliber SRT4

So I have a Compustar CM7000 remote starter with 2 way remotes connected a ADS-ALCA for can bus/idatalink communication. Vehicle has a manual transmission so reservation mode needs to be set before remote start would work. The issue is when engaging reservation mode, the sequence works correctly until the door is closed to leave, the engine will shut off but it will not auto lock the doors and engage reservation mode. If I change the setting in the CM7000 to enter reservation mode once the final door is closed and the lock button on the fob is pressed, the engine will turn off but the doors will still not lock and enter reservation mode. I have tried resetting the ADS-ALCA and also tried using older firmware's with the module just in case it was the issue but it seems to be something with the CM7000. Remote start worked previously with these modules in this vehicle until I connected a different CM7000 and Blade AL to the car that was having similar issues. Once the original CM7000 and ADS-ALCA where connected to the vehicle the remote start functions stopped functioning. Not sure if its a programming, wiring or firmware issue with the CM7000. Any advice would be appreciated.
