I have a 2003 Toyota Tacoma and it does have built in dome light supervision , I am working with a EasyGuard EC002 which does not have a Dome Light Supervision wire connection. I want to connect my door triggers with diodes to isolate any backfeed to a relay and then directly to the dome light itself. Would that be the correct way to make my connections?

My tacoma sends the door trigger to the BCM and then to the dome light negative trigger side.
