I have a seperate batt. hooked up to my alarm.  I have a wire going from the B+ side of my alternator to charge it.  I have a question, I have it fused at the alternator and the batt. but what amp fuse should be at both ends?  Thanks in advance

If it's just an alarm a 10 - 15 amp fuse will suffice, but if there is a remote starter as well fuse at 30 amps.
