HI

I have the above alarm fitted to my mx5  It worked fine for 3 years. On Saturday it simply went dead .could no be armed or open the doors.  Changed and reset both fob batteries ..no luck.  As a final resort I have removed the alarm box and by passed the immobiliser to start thecar

HAs anyone any experience with this alarm .Am I looking at a new main unit?

Thanks

alan

You said it could not be armed or disarmed....did you
try using the key to open the door and see if the alarm
goes off? Did you try checking any of the fuses...maybe
one is blown. Has anything else stopped working in your
car?

Thankdsfor your thoughts  No there is no valet mode...I also have run out of ideas ... am deciding to buy a new unit or perhaps rewire an replace the whole system!
