Does any body know if the pldata bypass keeps the memory  of learned code after you disconect the battery? doy you have reprogram the module after loose power?

  Any help will be apreciated.

As far as I know the code is embedded into the chip and is saved regardless of power loss. You can call the tech support guys and ask them to be sure.
