I have the compustar AS controller and I want to install the remote start on it.  One problem,  When I turn my key to the run position I need to leave it there for 30 sec while my preluber primes the engine.  Is there a way to incorporate this into the Compustar system.  The install manual leaves much to be desired in examples or even descriptions to explain if a wire is an input or output, at least with the AS controller guide.  I could maybe do something with an accessory out??  Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Carpy

I'm not sure if the Compustar has this option available to delay the timing from ignition to crank. I know the Aladdin a-2000 has variable timing for such an option up to 20 seconds. Check with the manufacturer on this and see if they have a programming upgrade for this type of feature.

Thanks for the info.  Their manual is so vague and their email tech support  is no gazelle.  I haven't dug deep enough into the logic but I wonder if it would be possible to start the preluber by using an aux. output from the controller.  If not I will try and get a hold of these guys.

Thanks again,

Carpy
