I almost did it, but thankfully I read some in the forum about the compustar 2wss-as and I decided I should ask the professionals before I buy. I like the features of the compustar but it seems they are not so reliable. I was also looking at the Clifford responder RSIII, about the same features but only a 1/4 mile range (not so good). Any advice would be appreciated.

Necessities:

Remote start

Good Range on the Two way

Remote must be reasonably sized (not too big)

Diesel compatible

Glass Break Sensor

Multiple Impact sensors (zones)

Reliability

Latest code hopping etc technology

Options:

Window control

The unit looks nice. I do not know much about Magnadyne, but for that matter I am not very knownedgeable in the car security field period. The reason I am working on it is because someone smashed out my truck windows and stole everything in it. This was not an ignorant thief either, he knew what he was stealing and how. I would like to get the best security I can find.

Can anyone provide me with a wiring diagram or color codes for my 2002 Chevy Silverado HD with the Duramax diesel. I am not sure what all matters in the description but it would be nice to have. Appreciate the help.
