I had an alarm installed a few years ago, but it's not in use right now because my doors' pin-switches aren't working, so the alarm wouldn't get triggered when a door opened. Can anyone tell me how to replace them? Also, the alarm is an OLD Alpine, (from around 1996,) and my remote is broken. Any ideas where to buy a replacement?

Buy them at a Mitsubishi dealership. The factory ones will fit way better than any aftermarket pin. Undo screw, pull out old one, plug new one in, screw it back in. It can't get much easier...
