I am looking to install the simple Wolo starter kill switch in a 6 cylinder 93 Camry. I found on this forum that the starter wire for a 94 6 cylinder camry is the red wire in the ignition harness, and I just wondered if anyone could confirm if the same is true of the '93. Thanks.

No! Its Black with a white trace 1989 thru 1996. Only 1997 to 2001 is RED.

Thanks Derek. Haven't done anything yet because I realized the Wolo instructions say to attach the switch to the neutral safety wire and not to the starter wire. I am thoroughly confused now - all I wanted to do was install a simple switch to foil joyriders...
