Question, Maybe im just thinking about it too much, but on my 94 ranger, the ignition harness has 2 yellows ( constant hot) and it also has 2 of the accessory wires. What do I hook the alarm up to for the ignition +

RED / lt. green should be your ignition wire. There may be two of those also. Some Ford vans, trucks, and SUV's double up on the wires in the ignition harness to distribute the power load. It should not matter which you hook up to as long as it tests as a true ignition.
