I attempted to install a shock and a glass on a viper 300+. I connected them to their own power and ground and to the instant negative trigger on the alarm(blue multiplex wire) as well as put a diode inline beteween the negative trigger to the sensor. The band faced towards the sensor. I hardwired the sensors BTW
The sensor does work because I do see the LED light up. So I tested it for signal set on voltage. In each of the sensors, there is a voltage drop when the sensor is activated.(.75 or so to 0 volts)
Did I miss anything?
I did connect the blue and green wires off the shock senso together to the alram's blue wire

I did connect the blue and green wires off the shock sensor together to the alram's blue wire
I just tested the voltage of the blue multiplex wire with the glass sensor connected. The voltage from the blue wire is 11.5 volts when armed.
I had tested the hood pin and noticed that If the hood pin was released voltage of the blue multiplex wire goes to zero. For the glass sensor however, the blue wire only had a voltage drop to 9 volts. How much of a voltage drop does the alarm need to sound off?
Anyone have any insight? I can't figure it out.
