I just had the Viper alarm with remote start installed today. The owners manual stated to send in the warranty card within 10 days. As the dealer didn't give me a warranty card, I called the dealer and he stated that Viper hasn't been giving warranty cards for about 5 yrs. and just the receipt is required. anyone know if this is correct? Thanks

if they are an authorized dealer you should get one every item that dei sells comes with one check to see if they are an authorized dealer
