That wire is to be used if you want to retain the ability to unlock the drivers door with one push of the disarm button and the rest of the doors with a second push. The "drivers door only input" goes to the blue unlock wire on the 790. The "all door unlock" wire would then go to the Violet/black wire on the 790. You would then have to change the alarm settings so the violet/black wire acts as "2nd unlock output". How to do it is in the install manual.

If you want all the doors to unlock with one push of the disarm button, connect the blue "unlock" wire from the 790 to the "all door unlock" input of the GMDL4 and don't use the "driver's door only" input.

My system is DEI 790XV&GMDL4&555L

Where is the panic input of GMDL4 connected?
I connected to siren output" Brown (-) on 790XV.
Is this right?

And I have the problem.

fctry alrm also sounds simultaneously with 790XV alrm.
It is uncontrollable by the controller on a steering.
And You have to push the panic button on fctry remote, in order to stop fctry alrm.
For this reason, I have to keep two remote controllers. posted_image

Please teach me solution if you please.

PANIC INPUT: Never used this option before on any of the vehciles that I have worked on.

The OEM alarm disarm wire is lt. green  | - | & is found in the driver door module in door. If you want to retain the OEM alarm system you have to attach this to the ALARM DISARM wire on the Viper system. If you do not want the OEM system at all, then GROUND this wire permanently and you will not have the alarm enabled.
