Hello, I have a Dodge Caravan 2002 Sport and I am trying to install a Sidewinder 6500ESP Alarm Remote Start. I am having problems getting the car to start when i have the Second Starter connect ( it has a negative output). According to DEI I need to veiw the following documents - DirectFax Document #1083 and DirectFax Document #1082. Can anyone help me figure out the wiring or can anyone send these documents. Thank you,

Does it turn over with the remote start? Because if it doesnt, if I am not mistaken Chrysler products, like GM have some sort of starter disable, so that you can't start the car without the key. I just went through the same thing with my Caddy. Anyway, they might make a by pass kit for your car, thats all I can think of.

I have the 555U from viper which is the key bypass. What I am having problems with is the second starter wire on the car is a - (negative) output not positive. And according to the wire diagram i need to some how use a relay to change the polarity or something from + (positive) to - (negative). I already used a relay with a 180 ohm resitor on it and my car cranks but doesn't turn over even with the key. When i disconnect the connection i have made then it works fine. This is why I am asking if anyone has the Direct Fax Documents #1082 and 1083 available, so that i can see how this car needs to be wired to the second starter.
