Hi guys

i have got a starter interrupt with my alarm. Its an independent unit. Once i connected it I found out that my alarm was malfunctioning so I took it off and the alarm works fine. I connected the starter interrupt following the directions given in the alarm manual. They are as follows

According to the diagram

the lead frm 86 should go the cut relay (-) output frm the alarm

join 85 and 30 together and connect to Key ON

87A goes to +12v

I somehow feel its not right and would greatly appreciate any help.
