Im installing a 554t on a 2000 Lincoln LS.
Techsoft says this about the door trigger (courtesy light):
"This wire may cause the aftermarket alarm to false when the vehicles electrical system shuts down. Use a relay to isolate it."
I have never encountered this myself..so I`m not exactly sure about it.
If you guys could give me the relay hook up for this..I would appreciate it.

you can put a diode for each door trigger.

Yeah, I know that..I would rather get all of the doors from the one trigger (courtesy light) but Im not sure how to wire the relay to `isolate` it.

I think they mean to add a relay that flips when the light is turned on. Have pins 30 and 87 short the alarm trip wire to ground (or positive if you want)when the realy flips.
This way the alarm only see's and on or off condition and not any other signals that may happen during the electrical "shut off" on the actual factory wire.
Yes basically the relay is going to flip every time the light comes on (alarm or door pin switch).
