I got a 83 mustang, I was curious wit this question I have, Ive noticed some vehicles have a lead wire for the door trigger, I know chevs are negative wire from alarm brain to the door trigger is ford the same or is it positive wire?

check the door trigger with a multimeter to know for shure. almost shure it's positive
