I am able to get the DEI 530T to work in the scenario that I listed here: https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp?tid=17670&PN=1, however I have to put a coil and a resister together in series to each other but in parallel to the motors (which are also in parallel) to get the circuit to work right due to lack of load. I am now looking for a window module that has the following features:
adjustable load
seperate trigger for each window (aka sunroof mode)
The following won't work:
Ungo
Crime Guard
I'm still looking for others, anybody know of something I haven't found?
Thx!
Mike

Mike, I've had this type of problem myself. The Excalibur (Omega Research) AU-93-4 did the job where all the others I had tried didn't. Here's a link to it: https://www.caralarm.com/catalog/window_modules.pdf
I hope this helps....

I know you said you added a resistor and cap to a circuit but was it like
this?
If you used 2 of these you might get what your looking for. The only thing is that when you where not at WOT 1 of the circuits would stay charged though that shouldn't be a big deal. I can get into more detail if you want.
Is it possible to pull out/remove the DC motor from the flapper and put in a solenoid? Like
this unit here ?
This way you would need no timing circuit. You would just have to install a spring to return the flapper to the non activated state. Your WOT +12 could flip a relay that would send power to the solenoid, then when you went off WOT the relay would go open and the spring would pull the flap back to rest position. Since you shouldn't be WOT for long amounts of time it shouldn't burn up the solenoid.
