I have a 99 corolla that displays a flashing seatbelt light even when you have the seatbelt on, and does not stop the flashings. Any ideas are appreciated

The wiring harness that runs to the seatbelt is probably broken somewhere. Take a look under the seat and see if it's still plugged in there.
