ok, I just was told my Jeep Cherokee (97) has a factoryKeyless entry system.. but I have no remotes, where do I look to see if the Keyless system is still there...?? I know I cna buy remotes on Ebay.. but wanna make sure I still HAVE teh system before buying a remote...

You can probably ask someone at the dealership if your car in '97 came with the keyless entry system installed. If the answer is yes, but for some reason you believe it may have been removed after the fact, ask one of the mechanics to take a quick look. I'm sure its not hard to locate. If you have access to a Jeep repair manual, that might specify the location as well.
