I have installed a Audiovox AS-9075 factory keyless r/s upgrade
All wires are correctly wired up
(I have done over 100 of these units w/o problems)The brake wire is correct, the neg input (hood pin switch) is bypassed for right now, the valet turn off is correct. I have the lock and unlock inputs hooked up to the org/blk & lt blue in the door jam. The tach wire is hooked up to the opposite color at the injector. When I hit lock/unlock/lock the car starts, runs fine. But if I continue to do the process for 4,5,6 times and so on. The unit does not work. I tried jumping power over to the door lock inputs, ut it still does not work.
I traded out modules worked fine for the first couple of times then same thing
I tried switching to unlock/lock/unlock - same problem!
What I think is happening:
the tach wire has to be hooked up to the standard BLACK/ grey wire at the PCM and for whatever reason the oppisite wire tach input is actually blowing out the module.
Any help would be awsome
Thanks!
Please help before I resort to an Avitel 3000

Now when you say the opposite color tach I am assuming you mean you grabbed one of the uncommon colored wires at one of the injectors. If that is true, then that cannot be the problem since both locations are good sources for a tach signal.
My guess is that the problem lies with the door lock setup. Did you try using the ORANGE / Purple and Pink/Purple at the blue plug in the drivers Kick? You might try testing them to see if they would work when using the factory remote, or if they are just used for the switch. If they read 12v+ when locking or unlocking with the factory transmitter, then I would suggest trying to use these wires as your trigger wires.
Is there any way to set up the trigger to require 3 lock pulses to start the car? I am not familiar with that particular unit.

What are you doing with the AS-9075's second unlock input? If you choose not to hook it to the car's second unlock motor, then ground it.
