Hiya,

A while back, these where the best mechanical hood locks out there. The sported ACE II keyways and later Medeco locks. They were not the cheap Chapman locks with the push button, spring loaded locking mechanisms.

Is the Maxi-Gard company still around making these things? If not, any recommendations on current hood locks?

It's tough these days to find a secure place to mount hood locks with car's now having huge grills.
What can you do protect the hood lock mechanisms?

Anyone out there have a good hood lock story?
