Has anyone built this Auto Unlock circuit and got it to work? posted_image

I built the circuit exactly like it says, but can't get the relay to click when the ignition is turned off. The Auto Lock circuit I built works great. This one has me stumped.

something must not be wired correctly. i just wired one up and it works fine. 1000uf might be a little small, try maybe a 2000uf.

Thanks I will get a larger capacitor tonight and try it again.
