Here is a setup that is to have a 4 wire field disturbance sensor added to a origional 4 wire Shock/Impact sensor of a Commando Alarms RS-560 unit.

Do I connect the Red + 12V. wire directly to a seperate fused source or to the same Red wire of the shock/impact sensor?

Where are the diodes to be placed and pointing in what direction on the sensors since I only have a single sensor input?

I had been told by a neighbor that I should put a switch on the Red + 12 V. wire of the perimeter sensor since snow or rain could set the alarm off at 3:00 AM ( gets the neighbors ticked ).

How am I to correctly do this, help is appreciated.

Thanks Jeff,

I will get the wiring for the sensors done on Friday if the alleged hurricane does not hit the New York City area.

otherwise it will be done next week.
