i installed the 530t mods to an audiovox 995c alarm. the mods work about 70%. the problem i am having is that when i arm the system the pass window goes up fine but the driver window goes up about 25% of the way and then stops. set all dipswiches, so that is not the problem. also when i press the aux button the windows crack, you should be able to hold the aux button and the windows should go all the way down. but they dont, they just move about 2 inches every time i press and hold the aux button. does anyone have any ideas on what this could be? the car is a 1995 ford crown vic.
Make sure that the window mechanism is well greased. If the module senses a certainamount of current and it spikes, the module will shut down. Make sure that when you try the window out , there is no resistance ( or very little ) while it is going up. If it looks like it's straining to get up, then add grease to the arms in the window.

On the AUX channel you have to hold the button down 4.5 seconds to get the window to go all the way down.
i did that, but thr alarm's out put is like a 1 sec output so the window mod only works for that little time. what i was thinking was hooking a realy up to the out put of the alarm to extend the out put time. the problem is that i don't have any lidea how to do this. if anyone knows please help.
If you buy a new DEI alarm it says in the instructions "Never use this wire to drive anything but a relay or low current input! Connecting directly to a solenoid, motor, or other high-current device will cause it to fail" The output is a 200 mA (-) output. this is how the relay might work...
85-aux output (-); 86-12 volt fused; 87-(+) 12v if (+) switched, (-) ground if (-) switched; 87a-nothing; 30-RED / white wire on 530t
