i finally got a new alarm that i installed myself - python 3000esp.

with a Valet 551t remote starter

my problem is i have a 94 rs. with no power door locks but i added door lock acutuators

and when i disarm the alarm - door locks unlock- remote start- doors lock again

but if i just start the car with the key the doors dont lock at all. could there be a way that i could bypass the ignition lock on the remote start. b/c it is very tidious to unlock the car and remote start and then having to unlock it again with key.

You didn't hook the ignition output(tells the alarm when the car is running with the key and not when the remote start is active) from the RS unit to the ignition input of the alarm. The Remote start unit has an output that is supposed to supply the alarm it's ingition sensing. If the alarm is still hooked to the ignition, then it will think that you started the car with the key and the doors will lock because the door is closed.
