 I've just install the clifford matrix rs3.5 in my 03 sequoia . I would like to know does it matter if I don't wire the 2nd ignition wire and what is the different ? anyone thank you so much ...

Sometimes, if you don't wire all the necessary ign and acc wires, the r\s will not work. Let's put it this way key features may not work like the air conditioning or blower motor. Also, many cars won't start w\o all ign wires connected.

You HAVE to connect all IGN wires for proper operation of the vehicle after remote start. Common problems that arise are computer error on the dash or transmission computer's not engaging. This could end up costing you $ 1000's in repair bills if the wires are not powered up properly during remote start. As c2deez mentioned, some of the more obvious reasons to power up the 2 nd IGN or ACC wires is for full function of the RS system.
