Was wondering if anyone has seen this:  Alarm, remote start and window module is all working great.

I am able to use  the push button valet switch to put the alarm in valet mode, but when I use the remote as directed (open door, lock, unlock, lock) then the car does just that...  it locks, unlocks, and locks again, but never enters/exits valet mode... any ideas?

So, the LED does not remain on indicating valet mode after using the remote's sequence? Are you performing the whole sequence in well-paced step: ignition on then off, open door, press lock, then unlock, and the lock again while the door remains open? If you are too slow, it won't work.

I have seen this problem before, and was able to easily solve it so maybe my experience will help. The first time, my wife got confused trying to enter valet by the remote and literally confused the alarm brain with all the commands. I couldn't even get it to disarm, let alone into or out of valet. I pulled the fuse on the alarm brain and plugged it back in a few moments later to reset it. Worked fine. The second time this happened was with my 1500ESP. The fob battery was too low to transmit all the commands properly. I switched to the spare and all was well. Some thoughts if nothing else.
