I have a ford escape the alarm went off every 45 min. I read a topic here that says to isolate the door trigger with a relay, and it worked great for one day. and now the screen for the alarm says check door so I disconnected the door trigger wire all the way, and the screen still says check door. Is there some sort of rest for the alarm, or is it fried. It is a alpine 8063.

You have to Diode Isolate the door triggers, use diodes, not relayes, that will solve your problem. Where did you get the door triggers from?

There was a post here that said if diode isolate the dose not work you have to use a relay on some fords and the diode did not work it still went off every 45 min. Im using the green and black wire use to activate the dome light.
