I bought 2. One for my 92, and one for my sisters '01 Cavalier (auto). The install went fine with both cars, except I had to run a wire all the way around the engine bay to the PCM. Not really anything to do with Mannix though. The systems I got were the ones with the remote start and 2 way pagers. I paid $129 + shipping on eBay. The only problems I have had with them is my sisters car, it will start the car and it will run for about a half a second. When I ran the wire to the PCM, it worked fine for a while, then back to running for a half a second. I know it is not a connection problem because I soldered and used heat shrink and electrical tape on everything. Now in my car, it is a similar problem. It will turn the starter over, but not fire the engine. I am not sure what the hell is going on with my car even with the actual GM shop manuals wiring diagrams in front of me. I had an aftermarket add on remote start on my 91 that worked fine, but had to take it out when I swaped the car over to a 5 speed from an auto. I have gone back to that car to see what wires I tapped into to make it work, and used the same wires in the 92 with no success. I am hoping to get it working without having to buy a cheap add on remote start to add to my remote start alarm, lol. Other then that, the alarms have a good range and work great!
