I have a friend who has this alarm (one of the old alarms with the "1" and "2" buttons.

Its programmed on passive lock, he wants to turn that off...how do I do this with this old alarm?

go to DEI's website, and go to the GUIDES, and then the INSTALLATION GUIDES, and click on the dropdown box for the CLIFFORD CONCEPT 100. It should be in there. Good luck.
