I heard about this from someone on another forum... could this work: adding a capacitor to be connected to your alarm so that when the alarm is triggered, the cap will send a jolt of electricity to the area triggered and send pulses of electricity throughout the region... sounds pretty wicked if it could work, thanks

Thank you, drive thru....

Most if not all states have booby trap laws. Not to mention the civil suit that will follow. Even for something as non leathal as a cap -MIGHT- be. Don't bother arguing the point, your wrong. Improper use of a "taser" is as illegal as hitting a homeless guy with a baseball bat for fun.

Get a paging alarm with a "hidden alarm" function and go buy an baseball bat or a shotgun. When the guy breaks in and the alarm doesn't sound he'll think he's home free and you can sneak up on him and pop him a good one. Almost as good, not -as- illegal.
